Betty Ann and Tim Beckham moved to Monticello, AR, in 1997.
Betty Ann’s background and training: BS in Mathematics and has emphasized computer training and bookkeeping. Upon moving to Drew County, she started a computer consulting business and began QuickBooks support and training. BIO
When Tim retired in 2001, they formed Beckham Squared, LLC. These computer consultants provide computer and human resource (HR) support. She is the managing member of the LLC.
Betty Ann provides IT services for a number of small businesses and teaches QuickBooks classes for the ARSBTDC (Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center) at UAM. In 2007 she was awarded the ARSBTDC “Accounting Champion of the Year” award. See the latest ASBTDC class schedule: Link
In 2008, she transitioned her digital photography hobby into a web based photographic business. She sells digital photos, LED signs photos, photo clocks, prints and gifts and does retouching. See www.webpups.com for more details.
Tim’s background and training is in human resources. In 1968 he received a BS in Business from FSU (Florida State University). He was recruited on campus by Burlington Industries. His career with Burlington spanned 33 years with assignments in 13 different plant locations including corporate headquarters where he was assigned as Corporate Manager of Labor Relations. His last assignment brought him to southeast Arkansas as Division HR Manager of Burlington House Area Rugs.
He retired from Burlington in 2001 and provides the HR aspect of Beckham Squared, LLC.
